Drogheda Hire & Sales, part of the AER Rents Group, is a leading Plant Hire Company with almost 30 years’ experience in the sector. Our extensive fleet includes a wide range of machinery, from ¾ ton – 21 ton Excavators, 6m – 17m Teleporters and up 60ft Scissor Lifts.

Our Head Office is based in Drogheda, Co. Louth.We also a branch on the Long Mile Road, Dublin 12.

Due to the companies continued growth, we are looking to recruit the ideal candidate for the exciting role of Administrator for our Dublin Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage hire contracts on a daily basis.
• Complete and file off-hire contracts.
• When required, Interact with customers on the phone and on email, regarding hire orders and quotations.
• Assist with the planning of the daily delivery structure.
• Assist the branch team with reconciliation of hire contracts and payments.
• Manage payment processes to reduce outstanding cash reports.
• Effectively interact with other departments including logistics, accounts and the workshop to ensure the customers’ needs are fulfilled.
• Input data accurately on the in-house (Syrinx) system.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8 hour shift
